If a HEITRONICS instrument is in need of troubleshooting, experienced, technically trained employees examine the cause quickly and efficiently. The HEITRONICS service and calibration laboratory also offers services and support for instruments that have been used by customers for decades.

The process of a service order is as follows:

The Infrared Radiation Thermometer (Pyrometer) is checked upon arrival and the internal settings are documented. If necessary, a cost estimate for the repair will be prepared and sent for approval. A service fee is charged for this process.
